What Got You Here Won't Get You There, by Marshall Goldsmith.  Shared by Woman Owned Greenwich Member Susan Williams, Elmwood Advisors.  "What it takes to climb the ladder won't keep you at the top, you need a different skill set - great, insightful read by a talented executive coach."

Multipliers, how the best leaders make everyone smarter, by Liz Wiseman. Shared by Woman Owned Greenwich Member Susan Williams, Elmwood Advisors. "This is all about the importance of developing people - and a lot of what I teach/coach/preach in my business."

The Uterus is a Feature, Not a Bug, by Sarah Lacy. Shared by Woman Owned Greenwich Member Heidi Matonis, Heidi's Real Food. "My daughters suggested this book to me - an interesting take on having it all, from a Silicon Valley Tech journalist who may or may not actually 'have it all'."

How I Built This (podcast) with Guy Raz of NPR.  Shared by Woman Owned Greenwich Steering Committee Member Stephanie Cleary, Greenwich Lactation Services. "This podcast is so much fun! It's inspiring to learn about the challenges faced by other entrepreneurs. I listen to it while I'm cooking."

How to Win Friends & Influence People, by Dale Carnegie. Shared by Woman Owned Greenwich Steering Committee Member Cathy Blood, Speritas Capital Partners & NEST New Media. "I know this is super old school - published in 1936 - but still relevant! I read my parents' copy when I was 16 and it had a huge impact on my early career and business efforts. People skills - how many people do you know who lack them?"

Decoding Greatness, by Ron Friedman. Shared by Woman Owned Greenwich Member Heidi Matonis, Heidi's Real Food. "This has to do reverse engineering your way to success, vs. relying on natural talent and the path of practice. Work smarter not longer."
